If the summer season is feared by seniors because of the risk of heat wave, winter is not without dangers.
Today, more families are hiring professional in-home care to allow their loved one to remain at home longer—whether that is in the senior's own home, the home of an adult child, or in a senior living community where the senior moved before developing memory loss.
Discussing important issues with aging loved ones can be challenging. Studies show that few children have these conversations until needed, when a major event happens, for example, a sudden health problem, the loss of a spouse, or when it becomes obvious that dad or mom has problems with daily tasks.
You worked closely with us to provide CAREGivers in spite of the difficult scheduling requests and we greatly appreciate your entire team. I have already recommended you to my co-workers and will not hesitate to recommend you in the future. Thank you so much!
Home Instead was just fabulous for my mom. My mom is 83 and she had a nice person that came in and spent nice time with her. They got involved in activities which was nice. She tried to connect with my mom, which was fantastic. She came in three days consecutively for three hours. They got along together very well.
We thank Home Instead for providing us very dependable and reputable caregiver service. We especially thank our CAREGiver for her loyalty, great personality and dedicated care. Should we ever need care services again in the future on a temporary basis or otherwise, we will contact Home Instead because of the relationship we have established.
